Replacement Policy

This N Zone web store enables Specialized Engineering to deliver high-quality custom-decorated apparel to order. We at N Zone understand that errors can occasionally occur, and we're committed to making things right. If an error was made in delivering the product you ordered, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you. 

Items Eligible for Replacement: Replacements are issued any time we make an error. We do not accept returns for items if orders are placed incorrectly due to buyer oversight. Since each garment is custom-made according to your specifications, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that were ordered with incorrect sizing or colors. 

Contact Us to Initiate a Claim: If you believe there has been an error with the decoration of your apparel:

  • Contact our customer support rep Taylor (at within 10 days of receiving your order. You can also submit your claim at the bottom of this page. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the decorating error.

Replacement: Should you qualify, we will send you a replacement order. We may issue a call tag at our discretion.
